🧘♀️One grounding practice I keep returning to this year is journaling.
Starting the morning by listing 3 things I’m grateful for (and they can be small things) helps shift my mindset to look for the positive and romantize my day.
I am navigating through SOME THOUGHTS so keeping going back to simple check-in prompts help calm those thoughts down.

✨Having flexibility in my work schedule to be home with a sick kid.
