Two beautiful paths are unfolding this spring at Dreaming Tree Yoga!

One is the invitation to rest. Sunshine, fresh air, and a soul-nourishing retreat in Tulum, Mexico, far from Erie’s winter.

The other is a call to grow. Our yoga Alliance-registered 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Training, for those ready to deepen their practice, confidence, and voice.

These are two separate offerings.
Both are intentional.
Both are powerful.

A few spots remain for Tulum.
Teacher Training is now open.

Big snowstorm. A room full of absolute snow bunnies who showed up anyway. Questionable #1 song:)

On my slippery drive to the studio this morning, I caught myself talking to my car like it was in a forearm plan: “Yes. You can.” “We’ve got this.” “You’re stronger than you think.”

Turns out that message was really for all of us.

This photo holds the strength, courage, and quiet determination of yogis who chose to show up today, and again and again throughout 2025. The growth I have witnessed this year is not just in poses or endurance, but in confidence, resilience, and trust in yourselves. You have learned how to stay when things shake, breathe when things feel hard, and keep going.

As we step into 2026, I hope you carry that same belief into your lives and your practice, knowing you are capable of more than you realize, on and off the mat. There is so much ahead, and I cannot wait to move through it with you.

And to my incredible Dreaming Tree teachers: Megan, Darian, Katy, Jesse, Christina, and Diana, thank you for an unforgettable year. Your care, talent, presence, and heart are what make this space what it is. I am so grateful for all of you.

Last class of 2025. Full hearts. Steady breath. Stronger and wiser than we have ever been.
