Thank you Representative Collins and Senator Peck for supporting this legislation! Thank you to everyone who called and emailed to show your support of small business and local pharmacies. We couldn’t have done this without you all!

Today, PBM reform overwhelmingly passed the Kansas Legislature with strong bipartisan support in both chambers. This legislation will lower drug costs for Kansans and protect patient access to local pharmacies by reining in abuses by PBM middlemen. The bill now heads to Governor Laura Kelly’s desk for signature.

Thank you to all the pharmacists, technicians, students, community members, and legislators who stood up and made their voices heard. You made the difference!

It is with a heavy heart that we announce Brandy’s last day today. Brandy has been with the Richey’s Drug Store team for over 20 years. She has been dedicated and loyal and a true blessing to the business and to our customers. Her sunshine personality and friendly attitude will be incredibly missed. 💕 We will never be able to thank her enough for the years of service she has provided and we appreciate everything she has done!
