Our interpreters, case managers, nurses, medical assistants and other professionals assist patients with language and cultural navigation. To provide primary health care services to the"medically at-risk" and "indigent" patient populations of Northwest Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio. To create systems of holistic health care delivery, inclusive of support services, and accessible to all regardless of their ability to pay.
