About Us

Our MD is an Internist (specializing in adult medicine) who received her medical degree and training at the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, Virginia. Prior to that, she entertained becoming a Dermatologist and even authored a Dermatology book. When she moved to Erie, she joined a practice, where she introduced many dermatologic procedures. Simultaneously, she practiced Palliative Care and Hospice Medicine, eventually becoming board certified in that specialty. After realizing the benefits of cosmetic injectables both for the treatment of patient ailments and aesthetics, she received training in safe injection procedures and, initially, practiced on friends and acquaintances. With increased patient numbers and a need for expansion, she recently collaborated with a group of professionals who formed the Presque Isle Mind-Body Wellness Center, centrally located off of Zuck Road! Her goal is to make cosmetic injectables, medical peels, and other affordable procedures more available to Erie and surrounding communities.
