Today we welcomed Dr. Minoru Shibata, MD, PhD from Niigata, Japan as he shared his expertise at a lecture at UPMC Hamot. Dr. Shibata has traveled from Japan to perform a complex surgery at Shriner’s here in Erie. Special thanks to everyone who helped make this a possibility.
