You don’t have to be a professional singer to spread holiday cheer. Our staff went caroling through the halls and common rooms, and our residents loved every minute! Santa even took a moment out of his busy season to join in.

Sarah Reed Senior Living’s residents, staff, and Board of Directors extend our heartfelt thanks to Presque Isle Downs & Casino for their generous donation of $40,074.57 in support of our Patio Project Renovation, which is scheduled to begin early spring 2026.
These funds were raised through Presque Isle Downs and Casino’s Give $5, Get $10 reward program. We are especially grateful to the many casino patrons who chose to participate and support the Sarah Reed Senior Living Community through this initiative.
We are deeply appreciative of this remarkable gift and the continued support of our community. This generosity will help create an enhanced outdoor space that our residents will enjoy for years to come!

Thank you, Adam Macrino, for an interesting presentation on the U.S.S. Michigan, the "U.S. Navy's first iron-hulled warship, which was built in Pittsburgh and launched in Erie, Pennsylvania, in 1843." Additionally, its prow is on display at the Erie Maritime Museum!
