Are you wearing your PPE correct?
Mask must Fully cover nose and mouth, it should be fairly snug on the bridge of the nose and fairly tight around the sides and chin. Cloth masks should be frequently washed.
A cover like a western style bandanna does not protect against airborne particulates unless equipped with a 95 or 100 filter. It may look cool but really, Protective? No!
Gloves should be inspected before use and removed properly. Be cognizant of cross contamination when wearing gloves.
Remember just because you have protective gloves doesn’t mean you are protected. Everything you touch is now on the exterior of the glove and everything you touch can transfer what is on your glove to what you touch e.g. phone, keys, glasses, credit cards, etc.
When you think just 1 pair of gloves will work, in reality you will need several pair just in a short time or activity.
Disposable gloves mean just that, they are 1 time use only. Properly dispose of your PPE. Viruses can thrive on gloves and masks for hours if not days. Remember, if you throw your PPE on the ground or elsewhere Someone else will have to pick it up thus leaving them to a potential exposure.
