KAS is Hiring: Administrative & Finance Coordinator (Part-Time)
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a nonprofit's mission behind the scenes? We're looking for an experienced Administrative & Finance Coordinator to join our team!
This role offers a flexible schedule, paid holidays, and competitive salary based on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Processing accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and payroll support
• Maintaining financial records, assisting with grants, budgets, and audits
• Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support
• Supporting the Executive Director and helping streamline processes
We're looking for someone with:
• Experience in AR/AP, payroll, or bookkeeping
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar) and spreadsheets
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Nonprofit experience is a plus!
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting (or 5+ years equivalent experience) preferred.
