Great opportunity for FREE kids yoga!!

Hey yoga families! Join me every Sunday at 11:00 a.m. in Perry square for some free family-style yoga at the weekly farmers market.

Lots of great vendors here and entertainment after class on the main stage. You can just bring a blanket to practice on and we'll make sure the whole family has a blast.

The Erie Downtown Partnership is bringing back FREE yoga this summer! I will be teaching tomorrow evening at 6:30 in Perry Square. Come and enjoy the evening with me :)

Set your alarms! Tomorrow is our first Wellness Wednesday of the summer! Enjoy a gentle 6:30 am yoga class at Dobbins Landing with instructor and an after work yoga class in Perry Square at 6:30 pm led by ! Both classes are free to attend and welcome all skill levels.
