I am excited to announce that Charleston Assisted Living has a new owner. After making a decision to sell my first business (my baby), I found the perfect buyer in a fellow nurse who is going to do amazing things! To say it has been an honor to be able to care for all the people who have come into my life through Charleston, would be an understatement. I have grown as a person and learned so much about being a business owner. A heartfelt thank you to all the past residents, families and employees for trusting me over the past 5 years. I am not going far, just focusing on my other facility in Keenesburg and my CNA school. Stay tuned for more information from new owner, Melissa as we transition her into her new company ❤️🏡❤️

JOB POSTING:
We are seeking a full time Licensed Assisted Living Administrator for a small Assisted Living Facility in Keenesburg, CO. The Administrator will focus on residents' needs first while maintaining a staffing force that will model the culture of our home. The administrator must be a strong team leader and facility manager. Must possess a Colorado Assisted Living Administrator license. Prior Administrator management experience preferred. Potential for on-site living quarters for Administrator or staff

-Responsible for overall supervision of the home.
-Meet regularly with families and residents to ensure they are satisfied with the care provided.
-Responsible for implementing, establishing and enforcing care policies, personnel policies and operational procedures, when needed.
-Has a professional demeanor allowing him/her to effectively deal with personnel, residents/patients, family members, visitors, physicians, government agencies/personnel and the general public, even under stressful and/or emotional circumstances.
-A hands-on administrator and excellent role model who brings out the best in his/her managers and staff.
-Demonstrates our Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
