We are proud to highlight Dr. James Lin, Geriatric Medicine Specialist, President of LECOM Institute for Successful Living, and Clinical Professor of Geriatric Medicine at LECOM.

Board-certified in Geriatric Internal Medicine and fellowship-trained in geriatrics, Dr. Lin brings advanced expertise to complex conditions affecting older adults. His clinical focus includes emerging amyloid-targeting therapies, innovative treatments designed to address abnormal protein (amyloid) buildup associated with conditions such as certain forms of dementia and systemic disease. These therapies aim to slow disease progression and support improved quality of life through early, targeted intervention.

In addition to advanced wound care, hyperbaric medicine, and comprehensive primary care, Dr. Lin remains dedicated to whole-person geriatric medicine — ensuring that older adults receive thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment.
