Today, we feature Jaime Babiak, Vice President of Operations and Director of Pharmacy at the LECOM Institute for Successful Living.

Inspired by watching her father pursue a career in pharmacy, Jaime discovered early on that medicine was her calling. What continues to drive her is the opportunity to serve — whether supporting patients and families clinically, guiding teams administratively, or ensuring every resident is treated like family.

Her philosophy is simple: every person who walks through our doors should receive the same care and compassion we would give to our own loved ones.

Jaime also encourages women considering healthcare careers to keep an open mind. Beyond what we see on the surface, there are countless pathways and opportunities to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact.

At LECOM, we are proud to foster growth, opportunity, and community impact — and proud to celebrate leaders like Jaime who embody those values every day.
