Altair friends, colleagues, and clients: As NY, PA & OH all move towards reopening, Altair's focus continues to be on meeting our clients’ & tenants needs. As our home state of PA moves into the "Green Phase" Altair will continue to tele-work where feasible. Our lobbies remain closed to the public and all visits must be by appointment. Altair Real Estate Covid-19 Tenant Update - 3-22-19

Each community that Altair provides services in has placed varying levels of restriction on business activity. As such, our business continuity plan is in full effect;

1. our field service team remains available for maintenance emergencies. Non emergency maintenance will be placed on hold until restrictions have passed. Please email support@altairre.com to open a ticket.

2. our accounting, consulting, brokerage, leasing and office staff continue with assignments while working from home; however, no face to face meetings or showings are being scheduled at this time - call m-f 8am - 5pm for more information.
