Linda is an ACIM based Certified Spiritual Counselor and Joy Coach

I believe we all have experienced traumatic events that have colored our world and shaped our lives. What we’ve done with these traumatic imprints can gift us with the ability to mold ourselves, to make a powerful impact on our loved ones and all humanity. From near death experience, to childhood abuse, to grief in many forms including infertility and miscarriages, and caring for loved ones in declining health. Using the tools I have learned I feel happier and more satisfied with myself and life in general than I could have ever imagined. Decades of religious and spiritual studies, journaling, spoken word, music and movement therapy and other holistic health modalities, enable me to suggest a personalized plan for success. Read Less

I learned transcendental meditation after going to workshops with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Deepak Chopra and Ram Das in the late 1970s. I received a certificate in Polarity Balancing with Maruti Seidman, completed a week long intensive with Trauma Sensitive Movement Artist & Educator Christine Serfozo, Drum Leadership training with Jim Donovan and in 2018 completed the Spiritual Counseling Certification Program with Rev. Jennifer Hadley’s Power of Love Ministry. Some of the workshops I’ve presented include:

Jesus says in the bible, "Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

In my experience, the mustard seed faith is a start.

My spiritual teacher, Rev. Jennifer Hadley often says, "To have, give all to All." Meaning that I really need to commit to handing EVERYTHING over to God. (or, insert your highest power description here)

And to do that, you have to become one bad M*****F***er.
But it's so worth it.

It doesn't mean that my life is a bed of roses. And anyone who knows me, knows that's the damn truth. But it's manageable because I have a deep trust that there's GoOD in my life. Now and in the future.

I have 2 days with no commitments. And I am grateful that I can claim them for whatever I would like to do. Even if that turns out to be nothing at all.

In the past (and remnants still float in occasionally), I would think less of myself if I wasn't productive every waking moment. I was such a bully to myself. But the exhaustion of this deep grief has taken most of the wind out of those sails.

That's not to say that I will spend 48 hours in bed or on the couch, but I am just allowing myself to go with the flow of whatever I am inspired to do.

So far so good.
