In-person sessions for existing clients resumed September 1st at the new office location and this went well, so this is also being extended to new incoming clients. Telehealth via doxy.me is still available, so clients can choose whichever format works best for them.

For all new, existing, and future clients, please note that my office location has changed! New location is 3311 West 26th Street, Erie PA 16506. Phone, fax, and email remain the same.

Many peope have been asking if my office is open yet. Services continue to be provided both to new and existing clients via telehealth. I will announce at a later time when sessions will resume in the office setting, but thus far my clients have remarked that using doxy.me for sessions has been easy to use, convenient, and they are happy with the ability to still be seen regularly during these unique times. Any questions about telehealth, please call 814-833-1028, email susan@therapyerie.com, or PM me on here.

My clients, friends, and family are reporting increased motivation, energy, and improved mood with the increase in sunshine and warmer temperatures. How many of you are noticing this? Try to spend some time each day outside, breathing in the fresh air, and soaking in your free Vitamin D!

Quote of the Day: The trick is in what one emphasizes. We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same. ~Carlos Castaneda.

This is a very true statement. What you do and believe will become the outcome of your life. If you want to be happy, one needs to do things that make them happy, with people that make them happy. How can you start decreasing the effort you put into life problems and put them towards life successes?

12/27/2013

I stole this from a site called Build Your Own Dream Practice, and am using it as my Quote of the Day. I want you to reflect on this and come up with some optimistic yet realistic goals to use what we've learned this year.

How amazing is it that we can choose to let go of 2013 and all that has happened.. and create ourselves anew in 2014. What do you want to see happen in this year? What do you need to let go of to bring this fruition? What do you need to do differently? Instead of judging yourself for this year's mistakes, learn from what has happened, refine your plan, and use those setbacks as opportunities to move forward in a new, refreshing way. Let's make 2014 an epic year!

Quote of the day: The best way to predict the future is to invent it". ~Alan Kay.

Your life is the result of every choice you make every day. If you are an optimist, you have positive thoughts and plans, and are usually positively reinforced with positive outcomes. If you are a pessimist, you have negative thoughts, and are usually negatively reinforced by negative outcomes or just more negative thoughts. Start making positive choices, positive plans, and putting them into action, and see how your future improves!
