I just love a good forward leaning inversion!

One of my favorite comfort + alignment techniques during pregnancy.
FLIs help:
• Release tight uterine ligaments
• Encourage baby to tuck their chin
• Create space in the pelvis
• Support optimal positioning before labor

They’re short (usually under a minute), gentle when done correctly, and often leave parents feeling lighter and more comfortable afterward.

This particular family touched my heart this week. Watch this lil boy do big gulps! So thirsty!!
This was their 2nd visit.
First baby to New parents as well as 2 sets of grandparents! How fun it was to scan them and listen to their excitement. This session was so touching. This lil boy is so loved!!
