As summer internships wrap up, our interns have been reflecting on the projects they tackled, the skills they built, and the experiences they gained.

We’re all sad to say goodbye to Bri, but excited for her to thrive in her senior year at Gannon University as she completes her Biomedical Engineering degree. We’ll also be cheering her on from the sidelines during her final season on Gannon’s basketball team! 🏀

We had a great time at our company picnic this past Saturday at Whitford Park! Thanks to everyone who joined us for a fun day of food, games, and time together.

Big shoutout to Make It Fabulous Catering & Special Events and Alsies Erie for the delicious food and ice cream truck— as you can see from the photo below, the kids loved it!

📢 We recently hit an exciting milestone at PSN Labs — our ISO 13485 certification now officially includes design and development, in addition to the existing certification for injection molding of medical device components.

Although we have long offered integrated design and development services, this certification now formally recognizes the rigorous processes already in place. It also enables the company to play a greater role in helping clients navigate technical and regulatory challenges early on, delivering cohesive, quality-focused solutions that bring products to market faster and with minimized risk.

PSN Labs says the expanded scope highlights its ability to support customers from concept through commercialization.

Way to go, Tim! 👏 Our talented toolmaker brought a piece of Erie’s history back to life for the expERIEnce Children's Museum by recreating a 1921 ice cream mold using the original patent.

It wasn’t as easy as it sounds—Tim went the extra mile to keep it as true to the original as possible. From the materials to the tools and process, every detail was carefully considered to honor the craftsmanship of the past.

Now kids can explore local innovation hands-on in the Tinkering Tank!

Thank you to expERIEnce Children's Museum for hosting our team for a 21+ Friday night takeover! We had a blast letting our inner kids out—especially during our impromptu race through the Ship Climber exhibit, where employees took turns trying to beat each other’s best time. 😄⏱️🛳️

Some of us also enjoyed getting creative in the You Are Here Traveling Exhibit, coloring on the walls and searching for hidden surprises. Others explored the Erie Recycles exhibit and put their problem-solving skills to the test in the Tinkering Tank. ♻️🔧🧠

Great laughs, friendly competition, and a totally unique way to wrap up the week!
