I would like to officially share that the chapter of my life here in Northern Kentucky has come to a close. I have grown such deep roots here and have made life-long connections with so many wonderful people along the way…. But life is guiding me in a new direction—one that brings me closer to my daughter, son-in-law, and my two beautiful grandsons in North Carolina!

My home here has officially sold. With the approaching move and my shoulder injury, my Reiki practice in NKY is officially over.

My people, my tribe, my community…. You mean more to me than words can truly express! I hope you will come and join me for one last hoorah- I would love the chance to see you and say goodbye in person.

I’ll be hosting an open house- welcoming all of the beautiful people who have been part of my life and practice to stop by, share a hug(and probably a cry!), and help me celebrate this transition.

Hello friends!

About a month ago, I unfortunately fell while walking a friend’s dog and broke my shoulder. I’ve since been under the care of an orthopedic doctor, and my healing is being monitored.

At my next follow-up in April, we’ll determine whether I can begin physical therapy or if I will have to have surgery.

Because of this, I’m unable to practice Reiki for the time being. This will be a difficult pause in something I care so deeply about.
