This amazing woman made the decision to come to Emerald Trace to recover after a hospitalization. Not ready for nursing care she has now decided that she wants to live here in our personal care household! She’s made her own decision and we couldn’t be happier! What about you or your loved one? Emerald Trace and Rosedale Green participated last evening in a breast cancer fundraiser event on the campus of Dominion Senior Care. We had a fun time as we facilitated our mini golf holes. Each hole was holiday themed and Rosedale Green and Emerald Trace celebrated “Groundhog Day!” Two holes side by side duplicated!

Emerald Trace is pleased to attend Elsmere's Halloween party and Trunk or Treat at the Elsmere Community Center this Saturday! We will provide candy for attending residents and staff to pass out! If you’re in the area stop by the community center’s parking lot and say hi!
