Just wanted to thank all of my clients that came to see me last year! You all are amazing! From moving 2 times this year to finally being in my own space it’s been a crazy year! I look forward to this new year and seeing all of you again! With that being said, I have an opening tomorrow 1:15 if anyone would like a massage to start the year off relaxed! ☺️

Have two rooms I’d like to rent out for one or more of the follow:
Esthetician
Massage Therapist
Cosmetologist
Chiropractor
Nail tech
Or anything business related you could see the rooms being used for.. rooms are located at 110 Whitson lane in the M2 massage building

I already have the “shop license”

Rooms are 10x12~

Both rooms have sinks
1) already has a pedi chair that can be hooked up
2) I have a table that can be used if needed

423-220-7051 is the number for the property manager if you would like to contact with more questions. Just reference m2 space for rent. 300$ a room which breaks down to 10$ a day rent…. (Less if the month has 31 days.)

You would get a key to the building and come and go as you please.

If you need a booking schedule, one can be setup for you for additional 15$ a month that includes the calendar, and also any forms that you required to be filled out.
