Who has been feeling achy??
So many ppl reporting migraines and arthritis/ lupus/ Lyme flares this week!

The Aches/Pains Index is HIGH for tomorrow into Monday thanks to some big swings in pressure ahead. These types of changes and big cold fronts can bring aches to bones, headaches, arthritis and other medical issues like fibromyalgia and autoimmune diseases can rise. It can even make you a little moodier than normal.

Prioritize your self care because this is going to be a rough stretch of days for some of you. I'm sure even some of you can feel it already tonight!
