Just received word that a friend and colleague, John Gallagher of Learning Herbs and part of the Mountain Rose education team has passed away.

His wife has shared that it was a result of a struggle with stress and insomnia.

I’ve heard from so many friends, patients, and family members that are struggling with the overload of stress in our world, especially in our area which just experienced flood losses as well.

I’m realizing I need to reach out to folks more, ask how they are *really doing, and let it be known that struggling is very human for these times.

I hope that I can be a better support-both with my work, and as a friend.
