Meet Sarah Anderson White! 🤍🌿

She is also located inside M² Massage and Spa.

Sarah has been a passionate cosmetologist since 2006 and became a licensed Cosmetology Instructor in 2022. She loves creating beautiful transformations through haircuts, all-over color, nails, and relaxing facials. Sarah is dedicated to helping her clients feel confident, refreshed, and cared for every time they sit in her chair.
When she's not in the salon or classroom, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, son, and two pups. In her spare time, you'll find her diving into creative crafts or getting lost in a good book. ✂️📖

Meet Alisha! 🤍🌿

She is the owner of M² Massage and Spa, which is the beautiful location where Stone Mountain Retreat is now based! I’m so excited to be sharing space with another like-minded therapist who is just as passionate about helping clients relax, heal, and recharge.

One thing I’m especially excited about is that we can now finally offer couples massages! Whether you want to relax with your partner, a friend, or a family member, you’ll be able to enjoy your sessions side by side.

Dear clients,

✨🌿 I HAVE MOVED! 🌿✨

I am now located in Erwin inside M² Massage and Spa, 110 Whitson Lane.🩵

Last week was a whirlwind — packing, moving, unpacking, decorating — and somehow in the middle of it all, everything fell perfectly into place.

I stumbled across this space for rent on marketplace last Monday, went to see it, and immediately knew… this was it. 🤍 It has truly been a blessing how smoothly this transition came together. Within days, everything was packed, moved, decorated, and by this Monday I gave my very first massage in my new room — and I am absolutely in love with it.

This space feels calm. Intentional. Peaceful.
A place to truly rest.🫶🏻

One of the things I’m most excited about is that we now have room to offer couples massages in the same room — something I’ve wanted to expand into for a while!

There are many updates still to come, and I appreciate your patience as I navigate this season. But I am so incredibly grateful that I didn’t have to pause serving my clients during this transition. That alone feels like such a gift.🙏🏻

To everyone who has continued to book, share, support, and encourage me — thank you. You are the reason this dream keeps growing. 💜

✨🌿New Chapter for Stone Mountain Retreat🌿✨

Next week will be our final week together at our current location and our last week operating as a trio.

Life has a beautiful way of leading us down different paths, and Charlene and Brittany have each decided to pursue new opportunities that align best with their individual goals. Brittany has found a space closer to home in Kingsport, and we are so excited for what’s ahead for both of them. 🤍

If you would like to continue booking with Charlene or Brittany and need their contact information, please feel free to message me and I’ll happily connect you.

As for Stone Mountain Retreat, this is not the end — it’s a new beginning. 🌿
I am currently searching for the perfect new space and look forward to sharing that announcement soon! During this transition period, I will be offering mobile massage services (with a small travel fee) for my current clients who have already pre-booked and have upcoming appointments or would like to book an appointment while I get settled into our next home.

We also have some exciting plans ahead — including expanding our services and welcoming new providers in the future!

This season is both bittersweet and exciting, and we are incredibly grateful for every client, friend, and family member who has supported us along the way. We truly would not have made it this far without each and every single one of you. 🤍
