This notice is directed towards commercial enterprises. AT&T's planned discontinuation of commercial landline services in the Upper Peninsula led to a considerable rise in per-call charges in August. After encountering difficulties in our attempts to reach a mutually agreeable solution with the corporation, citing that numerous businesses were experiencing analogous difficulties and available solutions were restricted, an alternative course of action proved effective.
Filing a formal complaint with the FCC, an easily completed online process, prompted a response and ultimately led to reimbursement for overcharges, underscoring the potential benefits for small businesses in pursuing such actions.
