Meet Kaily, one of our compassionate caregivers here at Family Crest Living! 🏡

Kaily is dedicated to providing comfort, support, and a warm smile to our residents each day. We’re so grateful to have her as part of our team!

Let’s get to know her a little better:

What inspired you to work in caregiving?
My Grandma was a CNA for around 30 years, which was my original inspiration. I started in an assisted living taking care of mentally handicapped adults right out of high school. I fell in love with being an aide and taking care of people. It has always been one of my biggest passions.

What do you love most about working at Family Crest Living?
I love the atmosphere and the quality of care. Every resident is truly treated like family. It feels just like being at home hanging out with your loved ones.I also love the one on one time we get with everyone.

What’s one word that describes you?
Compassionate.

What makes you smile the most at work?
Hearing the residents laugh and enjoy themselves.

Fun fact about you that most people don’t know!
I love astronomy, there’s something calming about looking up at the night sky. Especially when the Northern Lights are out.

This weekend at Family Crest Living was full of both reflection and celebration. We gathered to remember one of our angels who will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we also celebrated a wonderful 82nd birthday. Together with family, friends, and residents, we shared cherished memories and created beautiful new ones. It’s in these moments that our home feels most like family. 🕊️🎂
