Most people don’t realize they’re holding tension in their shoulders all day.
If you’re sitting with your shoulders slightly shrugged or rounded forward, your neck and upper back have to work overtime—this can lead to tightness, soreness, and even headaches.
Instead, try this:
• Let your shoulders drop naturally (no shrugging)
• Keep your chest open, not collapsed
• Bring your screen up to eye level
• Change positions throughout the day
There’s no “perfect posture”—the goal is to stay relaxed and keep moving.
