Due to the Christmas Parade taking place downtown, we will be canceling the following classes on Friday:
• Yin (2:00–3:30pm) — Canceled
• Soundbath (6:30–7:30pm) — Canceled

Morning classes will still run as scheduled:
• Hatha 3 @ 9:00am
• Hatha 1 @ 11:00am
• Lunch Hour Vinyasa @ 12:30pm

Please note: There will be no parking on Grand Ave or 2nd Street, and the city will begin towing along Grand and Orange starting at noon.

✨ If you’re coming to morning classes, please park in the back lot.
