As the Moon meets the Seven Sisters-the Pleiades-we are being invited into a powerful space of release, remembrance, and expansion. The Pleiades hold an energy of awakening, higher knowing, and deep emotional clearing. When the Moon (our emotions, our inner world) aligns with this cluster, it amplifies what we are ready to feel, face, and finally let go of, and today, that’s fear.

Not the kind that protects you, but the kind that keeps you small. Fear that was learned. Fear is stored in the body. Fear mistaken for intuition.
This is your moment to recognize the difference. Intuition is steady. Fear is urgent. Intuition expands you. Fear contracts you. With this alignment, you are supported in releasing what no longer belongs in your nervous system.
This isn’t about forcing bravery. This is about allowing safety. Because when your body feels safe, you naturally begin to trust yourself again.

Today’s energetic invitation:
Place one hand on your heart, one on your stomach.
Breathe slowly.
Ask yourself: Is this fear… or is this truth?
Then choose one small step forward, from truth.

Today I stopped and let the earth speak. Birdsong in the trees. Bees humming with purpose. A squirrel dancing through the branches. The wind carrying it all together. Nature has a frequency our nervous system remembers. When we pause long enough to listen, we come back to ourselves.

I sit with it. I study it. I integrate it. Virgo energy doesn’t avoid the shadow, it refines it. It analyzes it. It turns pain into precision.This eclipse is not here to destroy me. Seven Babies. One Strong Mama.

This morning Hurricane delivered seven beautiful babies, and it was not without effort.Babies 3, 4, and 5 came fast and back-to-back. Things shifted quickly, and we had to step in to support her. Within minutes, my master bathroom became a full triage space, towels everywhere, heating support ready, hands steady, instincts on. By the time baby number 7 arrived,a tiny orange beauty, we needed to assist fully. His cord had to be cut and tied off to make sure he was safe and stable.

Hurricane stayed strong through it all. All seven are here. Mama is resting and already watching them like a hawk. There is something incredibly humbling about being invited into a birth space, especially when rescue mamas don’t always get the calm, protected deliveries they deserve.

Today required presence, quick thinking, and trust in both instinct and training. We are monitoring closely, weighing everyone, and giving Hurricane the quiet, supported recovery she needs. Thank you to everyone who sent prayers, Reiki, and loving intention. We felt it. Keep them coming please. Welcome to the world, little ones. You fought to be here,and you are already so loved.

The moment I slowed down, my sympathetic nervous system took over. Racing heart, sweaty palms, sense of impending doom, urge to run, all the while knowing I was safe. Classic fight-or-flight activation. Nothing was wrong externally, but my body registered stillness as a threat. When you’re conditioned to operate in chronic stress, productivity, or hypervigilance, the body adapts to that baseline.

So when you finally rest, your nervous system doesn’t immediately trust it.This is autonomic dysregulation, not weakness. Instead of spiraling, I regulated:
-Box breathing (4-4-4-4) to stimulate the vagus nerve
-Cold air on my face to interrupt the stress response
Slowly, my parasympathetic system came back online. Heart rate dropped. Breath deepened and safety returned.Healing isn’t the absence of panic. It’s understanding your physiology and having tools to guide yourself back to regulation.If anxiety shows up when you finally relax, your body may just be recalibrating its definition of safety, and that is work worth doing.
