When is the last time you were truly happy with the way your body feels? Are you sick of aches and pains, headaches, or waking up at night with cramps or spasms? What most other therapists don't integrate into therapeutic massage is relaxation, and that's where I differ. Without relaxing the body and stimulating the clients parasympathetic nervous system, it will be harder to relieve tension and work out issues causing pain. I always include a relaxing component to my massages as well as therapeutic work so I can make the biggest difference possible with each visit.
