When is the last time you were truly happy with the way your body feels? Are you sick of aches and pains, headaches, or waking up at night with cramps or spasms? Do you miss participating in activities because your body is preventing it? New benefits of massage therapy are discovered every day. Book an appointment with me or just a consultation to see if the benefits apply to you! I believe therapeutic massage has nearly endless benefits. What most other therapists don't integrate into therapeutic massage is relaxation, and that's where I differ. Without relaxing the body and stimulating the clients parasympathetic nervous system, it will be harder to relieve tension and work out issues causing pain. I always include a relaxing component to my massages as well as therapeutic work so I can make the biggest difference possible with each visit.

✨ New in my massage room: a Client Clean Up Station ✨

I’m excited to share something new I’ve added to my space that’s all about comfort, care, and making your experience even better.

Life happens. Heated car seats, busy days, rushing from work or errands… sometimes we arrive a little sweaty, musky, or just wanting to freshen up before relaxing on the table. I wanted to make that easier for my clients, while also helping appointments stay on time.

So I’ve created a Clean Up Station for pre and post-massage use, stocked with:
🌿 Natural wet wipes for quick freshening up
🌿 Natural unisex body deodorant
🌿 Alcohol-free oil-removing spray with fresh washcloths (so you can remove excess oil without drying out your skin)
🌿 Hair combs, hairspray, and dry shampoo for post-massage touch-ups

I also want to share that I have a sensitivity to artificial cinnamon, vanilla, and clove. These scents can cause skin reactions for me, so this station offers an easy way to freshen up before your session if you happen to be wearing scented products.

I’ve also included cleanup options for after your massage, so you can remove oil from areas that feel slippery without stripping your skin. There are even hair tools available for a quick tidy before heading out.

Everything here was added with your comfort and convenience in mind. My goal is for you to feel refreshed, confident, and cared for from start to finish.

Please feel free to use any of these products before or after your session. This little station is here for you. 💛

❤️ Helping Our Neighbors After Devastating House Fire

As many of you may have already seen, our neighbors across Route 20 recently experienced a devastating house fire on November 10th. The tenants lost everything—their home, their belongings, and the everyday items that make life feel stable. It’s heartbreaking to imagine the impact this has had on them as they begin the long process of rebuilding.

Our friends at Esperance Health & Wellness are collecting monetary donations to directly support the two tenants affected. 100% of all contributions will go straight to them to help with immediate needs and future housing.

Donations of any amount are appreciated, and for contributions of $25 or more, you’re welcome to choose a free stuffed animal as a small thank-you gift.

If you’re able to give, please stop by the office during regular business hours. Every dollar truly makes a difference, and even simply sharing this post helps spread the word.
