Happy Halloween! We were all smiles today as staff paraded around in costume and candy was passed out. Our recent bus ride around Essex Junction to look at Halloween lights certainly helped get us in the spirit!

In the days leading up to Halloween, each department was given a pumpkin to decorate and boy, did they show up with their best work! Community members cast their votes and our winner was the scarecrow pumpkin submitted by our Admin/Concierge team.

Happy National Daughters Day! Today, we celebrate the incredible daughters who are the heart and soul of so many families. The love, support, and advocacy they provide for their parents is truly a testament to their strength and dedication. If you're a daughter, thank you for all you do. We're honored to have so many of you as part of our extended family. Tag a daughter who deserves a shout-out today!

One of our favorite parts of welcoming in the start of the autumn season is by visiting Sam Mazza's Farm Market for cider donuts and all of our fall decor needs. Hay bales, corn stalks, pumpkins, mums - everything we needed to make our front entrance festive and welcoming!

Our residents were challenged to choose the funniest looking gourd they could find. What do you think of their selections?

Today is World Alzheimer's Day, a day to raise awareness and support for those living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Our memory care community is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care that honors each individual's journey.

It is also World Gratitude Day. We are so grateful for our compassionate staff, our loving residents, and the families who trust us to care for their loved ones. Thank you for being a part of our community.

A group of residents recently took a trip to the local Farmer's Market and enjoyed tasting some local produce and food vendors. Nothing beats good weather, good company, and good food. How fortunate we are to have so many opportunities for fun right within our community!
