Today my blog post reviews my journey with Zwift and how its helped me keep active and enjoying biking even in the winter months. Zwift is an app that can be installed on multiple devices, mobile as well as desktop and works alongside a bike trainer. A bike trainer allows you to use your bike and be stationary.
