Happy Halloween! We were all smiles today as staff paraded around in costume and candy was passed out. We even had some young trick or treaters spreading joy!

In the days leading up to Halloween, each department was given a pumpkin to decorate and boy, did they show up with their best work! Community members cast their votes and our winner was the sunflower pumpkin submitted by our Admin/Concierge team.

Happy National Daughters Day! Today, we celebrate the incredible daughters who are the heart and soul of so many families. The love, support, and advocacy they provide for their parents is truly a testament to their strength and dedication. If you're a daughter, thank you for all you do. Today is the first day of Autumn, and residents at Maple Ridge Memory Care had a blast picking out some fun fall decorations for our main entrance. Colorful mums, funny-looking gourds, the perfect pumpkin...what's your favorite part of the fall season?

Today is World Alzheimer's Day, a day to raise awareness and support for those living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Our memory care community is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care that honors each individual's journey.

It is also World Gratitude Day. We are so grateful for our compassionate staff, our loving residents, and the families who trust us to care for their loved ones. Thank you for being a part of our community.

This year, we celebrated National Assisted Living Week with the theme "Ageless Adventure"! We planned a week of fun activities, celebrations, and connections that remind us that life is an adventure at any age. This included learning key phrases in different languages and tasting foods from around the world, just to name a few. We are so proud to be a part of this journey with our residents!
