Happy 10 years together my Mountain Friends!!

I am awestruck that an entire decade ago I signed my lease, and moved into the historic Mason Building right in the heart of downtown Estacada! I took a chance, there was no backup plan, and it’s honestly been the greatest decision I’ve ever made.

Heaps of things have changed over the years, but so many of your faces are still the same, and for that I am immensely grateful! It warms and fills my heart to the very brim.

We’ve been through so much together: victories, tragedies, births, the passings of loved ones, wildfires, serious illnesses, and recoveries. Many of you remember that my daughter was barely four when I began toting her along with the me into the studio, and now she’s taller than I am! Being part of this community has been so special- if it wasn’t for you, there would be no milestone to celebrate today 🤍

Thank you bunches for trusting me with your health & well-being. My wish for you is a calm, rested, and peaceful life! Here’s to providing more healing and relaxation for years to come🕊️

Hello my friends! I know I’m terribly pathetic at social media, and my online presence is essentially zilch! I’ve been ever so lucky, and beyond grateful, to have maintained a thriving practice these last 9 years by referral and word-of-mouth. My 10 year anniversary here in Estacada is coming up in November, and it’s high time for some personal and professional changes! My books have been closed to new clients for over 4 years, and this last year I’ve had many regulars move on to new adventures in other cities & states, taken other job opportunities, and some of my dearest have passed away 🕊️I’ve finally reopened my books to new clients, and I’m trying to make booking easier for those who only need to get in here and there (will not accepting any recurring appt requests at this time). You’ll see new changes and pricing updates on my booking site 🤍

I’ve added new education to my repertoire, and I’m so excited to meet you and expand into my 18th year as an LMT!

P.S. I will be working on a website (and maybe someday take some professional photos of my face)! I love to do the massage, tech is not my strong suit so thanks bunches for hanging in there with me 🫶🏻

Hi friends! It’s been a while since I’ve made a post, and have some info and news to share so here we go!

It is true- my books are still closed to new clients! I am running at full capacity. I promise I will post and edit the bio above when that changes. My waitlist is for referrals only at this time.

Keep tabs up top: I may not post much, but I am active up in the stories where I post last minute cancelations/openings for my established clients to book, and things from around the studio 🥰

Big Update: This last Friday, I began my Yoga Teacher Training! For the next six months, you’ll see me dash out of the studio a little earlier on some days. I really appreciate the support, flexibility, and understanding when I need to rearrange appointments so that I can attend class. Appointments may be more limited over the summer. You guys know how much I love learning, and I can’t wait to bring back even more knowledge to share! 💛

To sum up: I am beyond grateful to have been blessed with such amazing clients by the Mountain- the majority of whom have been with me for a minimum of five years! My heart is so full, and it has been such a privilege to be part of this community, and work with you and your families. I can’t wait to see where the rest of this year takes us!

Hello All! I made an announcement a couple weeks ago via my stories that I was no longer accepting new clients through the end of this year, and it’s true! I am fully booked until January, and my priority right now is taking care of my existing clients!

When I am able to take on new clients I will announce it here so stay on the lookout! Hopefully sometime this coming new year.

Until then any cancellations posted in my stories will be only open to current/existing clients.

If you are one of my clients, and are having trouble logging in to book your appt, it just means that we don’t have your email on file attached to your name! Shoot me a text with your email and I can edit your account right away easy peasy so you can login 💛

Thank you all bunches for your support and I’m so looking forward to another holiday season together!

Today was such a wonderful day, and I got to help some amazing people! Clients took the time to drive all the way from Hillsboro, Salem, and Astoria to the studio- whoa, friends I am honored!

It makes so happy I could help them with a range of issues from chronic to acute, and have them leave with smiles on their faces 💛

I am overwhelmed with gratefulness and joy. This whole week has been full of lovely people. I’m so glad you all are part of my practice. Thank you ✨

Thank you for understanding that safety is our main concern for everyone! We have always had an inclement weather policy & as soon as there is ice on the roadways we close the studio. (I live close to the Gresham/Troutdale line so ice can get real bad in my neighborhood!)
