💚 We’re SO excited to welcome ✨ three ✨ incredible new therapists to the Ellie Mental Health family!!! Each brings their own warmth, expertise, and passion for helping clients heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. 🌿

💚 Trish believes therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect, and begin healing on your own terms. With a background in social work and certification in Intuitive Eating, she helps clients build self-trust and repair their relationships with food and body. Her compassionate, client-centered approach creates a nonjudgmental space for those feeling anxious, burnt out, or stuck to rediscover balance and self-acceptance.

💚 Karen offers a calm, supportive environment for children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life’s many transitions. Drawing from CBT and DBT, she empowers clients to strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and feel more grounded and confident. Her gentle, collaborative style helps clients find clarity and balance amid change and uncertainty.

💚 Laura brings over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of mental health challenges. Her approach is direct yet deeply compassionate—nurturing growth, building confidence, and encouraging open communication as clients move toward greater peace and self-understanding.
