I start every morning with affirmations while I sit in front of the red light. (Watching the sun rise can give you similar benefits.) If I’m not intentional it can be to easy to get caught up in the stress of life and the craziness of the world we exist in. I make the choice to start off each day on a positive note that will carry through the day. This is essential to be able to live life from the inside out, rather than the outside in. Do you let the external world affect you? Do you feel yourself getting triggered by things outside of you? Ask yourself why these things trigger you and will know where you need to focus your healing. The best way to make a difference for yourself, your community and the world is to let your light and love shine out to others…live from the inside out.
