Meet Coach Joe- proudly serving SWFL. 👋

One of the top coaches at Free Flowing Fitness, Joe offers unmatched wisdom, heart, and steady guidance to our community. 💪

Joe brings over two decades of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and is a -certified trainer, with a background spanning rehab, post-injury recovery, and fitness for all ages—from youth and athletes to adults and older populations. His work across multiple rehab and healthcare settings gives him a deep, practical understanding of how bodies heal, adapt, and grow stronger. 🏃‍♂️

Joe also lives with —and instead of letting it limit him, he’s turned it into purpose. As a Ambassador, he trains, competes, and leads by example. His lived experience fuels his passion for empowering others with chronic conditions, and he proudly contributes his time to nonprofits supporting the CF community.

Joe is especially gifted at helping people:
