Best-selling author and one of the top 10 speakers in America, Kelly McDonald, is back in Estes Park.

This is a free event and part of the Estes Park Health Foundation Giving Back Speaker Series.

During the session, participants will learn:

- The core beliefs behind the growth mindset, including the four essential ingredients and how they differ from a fixed mindset
- Real-world examples of brands and individuals who used growth mindset principles to accelerate success
- Practical dos and don’ts for leaders and team members to cultivate individual and collective growth
- The “rule of thirds” used by Olympians to achieve big, ambitious goals

“Knowledge and health are power.” – H.

Because of a single screening voucher, H. found the courage to put her fears second and her health first. With a strong family history of cancer, no insurance due to a small wage increase, and deep worry about the cost and outcome, she almost didn’t get screened.
