I am hoping to get better at watching this sight!
I’m still taking appts for massage in estherville… not in cedar falls ( the 6 of you who are still getting “my hands”, there might be a few more appts)
I’m hoping to start up some Positive Movez yoga classes!
I’m still creating sing-along jams and drum circles!

Schools almost out for summer!
Creative Connectionz hours will change for the summer, but I will still be taking appointments for massage!

Its the end of March 2022. Just wanted to drop a quick note and say that Creative Connectionz is still open for massage therapy. Hopefully this summer I'll feel more confident and become more proactive with what I'm offering in the way of classes and workshops, drum circles and sing-alongs.
So.... call or text me at 319-939-2789 to set up a therapeutic massage appointment. Enjoy the warming days of Spring!

2020..... who knew!!??!!

So... for most of the summer.... I have been Gramma Hamma to my grandchildren. When Gov. Kim Reynolds shut down Creative Connectionz on March 22. she also closed schools. Since then I have been providing grand care for my son and daughter-in-law (both essential workers, who have not had a break at all, just like life on March 1......)
School has now started in Iowa, full in-person. I have a 3 day a week pre-schooler, a 2nd grader and 2, fifth graders.... in 3 differant schools.
I am currently doing social isolation (for the most part) to see how school is going to go. So far, into day 4 and no reported positives in the school or Emmet County! Which allows me some time to focus on Creative Connectionz again.
Nothing is the same, however..... My building I rent my CC'z Studio from has been sold and I am not sure how long my ability will be, in this temporary situation, to continue to rent.. . I am open to taking massage appointments, however, until my Studio closes. There are some new protocals, in place, due to Covid 19..... but they are all managable, and we'll go over them, prior to your appointment.
My yoga classes are suspended at this time, due to the need to do all the deep breathing, I suggest....and I am not going to meet live, and mask. I was hoping to get some of my Positive Movez on video. That may still be a possibility!

Yes... Creative Connectionz will continue to be closed. Per our governor,
until May 16.

YOGAaah at the Regional Wellness Center will be cancelled due to a mandated closure of the facility.

Know who’s important in your life and stay in contact with them!
We will all persevere through this!
Let’s keep the curve low!
Let’s remember that the panic button does not need to be pushed!
The love button does!
It’s ok to be pi**ed off that this is happening and out of my/our control!
Do what you can, the best you can, with what you have!

This Sunday, March 8, I will be "preaching/sharing the message".... YOGAaah as a Spiritual Journey. At 10 a.m., at the Cedar Valley Unitarian Universalist, 3912 Cedar Heights Dr, in Cedar Falls. I am a Commissioned Lay Minister, with this congregation.
Come on by....see what I have to say, and lets do some YOGAaah together!

Don't forget, we spring forward an hour on sunday!

Due to the blizzard, my first winter Positive Movez:YOGAaah class is cancelled tomorrow, Feb 13, 9 am at the Regional Wellness Center.
Stay home... stay warm.... stay safe!

YOGAaah!!!!
Well, it sure is blizzard-like conditions out in NW Iowa right now. Temperatures will be dropping several degrees every hour, til we get to -20 with a real feel of -36 or something bizarre.
Makes me wonder if YOGAaah class will be starting tomorrow at 9 a.m at the RWC.
Please stay safe and smart out there. Several accidents reported in Emmett county and Dickinson.... it's BAD!!!!
