Comment your biggest yoga struggle and we’ll help 👇

Last week, someone DM’d me:

“I’ve been ‘meaning to start yoga’ for 3 years. But I’m too inflexible, too out of shape, and too intimidated. How do I even begin?”

My response:
“You just did. By asking. That’s the first step.”

Here’s the thing:
Every struggle you’re facing?
Someone else has faced it too.
And worked through it.
And came out the other side.
The tight hamstrings? Been there.
The wobbling in tree pose? Yep.
The intimidation of walking into a studio? Absolutely.

The frustration of “why can’t my body just DO this?” 100%.

Your struggle is not unique.

And that’s actually GOOD news.

Because it means:

The pose you hate is probably the one you need most

Let me explain:

Hate pigeon pose? Your hips are holding onto something.
Avoid shoulder stands? Your upper body needs the work.
Dread warrior 2? Your legs are telling you something.
Can't stand twists? Your spine is asking for attention.

Your body doesn't lie.

The poses that make you uncomfortable, frustrated, or want to skip?

Those are the exact ones pointing you toward what needs healing.

We avoid what's hard.
We resist what's uncomfortable.
We run from what challenges us.

But here's the truth:
→ Tightness is your body's way of protecting something
→ Weakness reveals where you need to build
→ Discomfort shows you where you're storing tension
→ Resistance is information, not failure

The pose you hate isn't punishing you.
It's teaching you.
