The Village of Healing Center is Cuyahoga County’s 1st and only Black led and operated medical center with all Black providers focused on the health and mental healthcare of Black families. Our comprehensive services provided by a nurse practitioner-based model, include primary care, obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics and mental healthcare for men, women, and children. Our culturally sensitive approach to healthcare improves health outcomes and quality of care that eliminates racial and ethnic health disparities and provides Black families access to the quality healthcare they deserve.

Model of Care that offers combined convenient appointments for mother and baby to be seen together at the same time, in the same location.

At this appointment, providers have access to a post-partum mother whose symptoms can last up to one year postpartum, contributing to the dismal rates of maternal mortality and morbidity that we see for Black women.
