We are so deeply sorry to share this update. OMMA has released a new rule that completely blocks all third-party liaisons ( including Soul Set Center) from accessing the new MedPortal in any way. We can’t upload for you, log in for you, fix errors, or call OMMA on your behalf anymore.
This decision was made by OMMA, not us… and we have zero control over it.
Our hearts go out to every patient who depends on help to stay legal. It’s heartbreaking to see the program become harder, more confusing, and less accessible , especially for elderly patients, disabled individuals, anyone who struggles with technology, even for those busy individual that do not have time . We've always wanted to be here to help be a support system for our patients to eliminate any extra stress getting your OMMA card can cause. We know how stressful this is, and we’re devastated right alongside you.
We’ll try to answer as many questions as we can, but these new laws limit how much we’re legally allowed to help. We are actively looking for legal ways to continue assisting patients, and we will keep everyone updated as we go.
