Thank you to Antoinette and Peter, guest speakers, at Quail Crest Memory Care’s, Caregiver Fatigue, lunch presentation held at Papa’s Pizza Feb. 24th.

Gray Bear advisors and authors of the book “Relit”, having their own experiences with caregiving, they shared information and stories to help others going thru similar experiences know they are Not alone.

Thank you also to Bonnie for her input and valuable comments, as the facilitator of approx. 8 Support groups she runs.

February was Food for Lane County 12th Annual Grilled Cheese Experience.
$2 from every sandwich went to fight hunger in Lane County–equaling 4 meals for families who need support.

Quail Crest Memory Care participated by having a “Make Your Own Grilled Cheese Sandwich” for staff, and donated $200. to

Quail Crest staff and residents joined in wearing red to support “Go RED” day friday.
The American Heart Association’s signature initiative, Go Red for Women®, is a comprehensive platform designed to increase women’s heart health awareness and serve as a catalyst for change to improve the lives of women globally. While the majority of cardiac events can be prevented, cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in women, claiming the lives of 1 in 3 women. For more than two decades, Go Red for Women has encouraged awareness. The movement harnesses the energy, passion and power of women to band together and collectively wipe out heart disease.

At the heart of our community, the activities team brings joy, connection and purpose to each day. Their creativity and dedication ensure our residents not only stay engaged, but also feel truly celebrated and valued. From lively group events to meaningful one on one moments, they help transform ordinary days into enjoyable experiences.
