Ko-Kwel Wellness Center (KWC) in Eugene is excited to introduce Christie Sears as our new Clinical Services Administrator. Christie brings over 15 years of experience in clinical and community health services, combining strong administrative expertise with hands-on clinical skills. In addition to her leadership experience, Christie is a Licensed Practical Nurse and a certified trainer in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)—credentials that reflect her commitment to safety and quality care.

As Clinical Services Administrator, Christie will spearhead initiatives to streamline and strengthen clinical operations, ensuring KWC-Eugene consistently delivers safe, high-quality care to patients served.

A longtime Eugene resident, Christie is passionate about supporting her community and learning from those around her. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and cheering for the Oregon Ducks. Her family includes her husband, Karl, daughters Lily and Grace, and two dogs.

Ko-Kwel Wellness Center’s Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) is proud to be present at the Oregon Conference on Opioids, Other Drugs, Pain, and Addiction Treatment (OPAT)! Stop by our information table to connect with Sarah Acuna, CADC, and David Hill, our Community Liaison for Lane County. They’re sharing resources and raising awareness about the vital services KWC provides to support recovery and wellness in our communities.
