Have you tried Automatic Writing? 🌜 Automatic writing is a technique where you let your hand write without planning what to write. You relax and let the words come naturally. You use this to connect with your intuition or Spirit guides. You can gain insight ideas, or messages. For the first time practitioner I suggest do what you feel comfortable with- start with your intuition or guides.
Don't try spirit communication if you're not a medium. 🕯

How to Practice Automatic Writing.

1. Find a quiet space
Sit somewhere comfortable with paper or a journal.

2. Set an intention
Say something simple like:

I invite only love, light, and truth into this space. I’m open to receiving guidance from my Intuition (or guides, universe) . Only messages for my highest good may come through. You can ask a question!

3. Relax your mind
Take a few slow breaths to clear your thoughts.

4. Start writing without thinking
Don’t plan. Don’t edit.
Just let your hand move and write whatever comes. If you get one word write it down. Allow a flow to happen no forethought.

5. Keep going for 5–10 minutes
Even if it feels random or messy at first, stay with it.

6. Stop and read it back
Look for patterns, ideas, or insights that stand out.

7. Close with gratitude
Thank your intuition or guides for the message.

Let us know if you try it! Sometimes even a few words or thoughts can be helpful. Don't overthink it.
