Since 2020, Lane Community Health Council has partnered with PacificSource Community Solutions CCO to support crucial community health initiatives in Lane County. The local healthcare system is better as a result of PacificSource Community Solutions’ contributions and we are thankful for our strong 6-year partnership.

Thank you to Music Education & Performing Artists Association-MEPAA, a recipient of Lane Community Health Council’s Fall 2024 Community Grant, for their kind words about LCHC and for supporting the community.
