🩷Reverse Warrior with your gaze over back shoulder and top hands touching.

Some modifications I suggest:
1. Interlace your fingers, hold hands, and extend top arm from the elbow (to open side body and give spine length, nourish heart and lungs)
2. Bottom arm/hand, reach for each other and grasp onto each others forearms or wrists
3. Gaze into each others eyes
4. Hold pose for 5 breaths
5. Allow a sense of appreciation to come over your shoulders and heart

Hey lovers, try this at home!

Start w the soles of feet together and hands on ground. Then link hands, lift and lengthen through the spine, and finally lengthen legs or keep knees bent. Lean back.

Help support each others postures by tuning into the entire form of the unified bodies. Bring awareness into the entirety of the moment.

Breathe in and out together through the heart space. Notice your energy.

Use straps, ropes, scarf as an extension of your arms if your hands don't easily or naturally connect.

Enjoy! If your feet are funky, try wearing socks ;) wiggle your toes together and let those tippy toes flirt and kiss. 😘
