About the owner/operator:

Tori Ketterling is a registered nurse with over a decade of experience. Over the last seven years, she has been in the emergency department setting. She opened Elite Concierge Nursing, LLC to help clients when and where they need it, tailoring their care to exactly what they need. Tori will travel to client’s homes, hotel rooms, assisted living facility, nursing home,

or doctor’s office to assist the client with their needs. Tori is also available as an independent contractor for medical practices that are needing expert help in IV therapy, conscious sedation, lab draws, IM injections, medication administration, or Foley catheter placements, or providing education to staff on nursing practices and procedures that are within their scope of practice.

Being private pay allows me to focus completely on you. Your needs, your recovery, and your care. Not what an insurance company will or will not cover.

Hello!

My name is Tori. I am a Registered Nurse based in Eugene, Oregon.

After years of working in healthcare, I saw a gap between what patients need after a procedure or hospital stay and the support they actually receive once they go home. Concierge nursing allows me to bridge that gap by providing personalized, one-on-one care when it matters most.

I specialize in post-operative recovery care, private nursing support, and health guidance, helping clients and their families feel confident during recovery. My goal is to provide professional medical care while also offering the reassurance, advocacy, and education that patients deserve.

In addition to working directly with clients, I collaborate with plastic surgeons, medical providers, and families to ensure continuity of care and a smooth recovery experience.

Whether someone needs short-term recovery support, overnight care after surgery, or guidance navigating health concerns, I’m here to help.

To My Incredible Elite Wellness Community,

After a lot of reflection, I have made the difficult decision to permanently close Elite Wellness. My last day of seeing clients for infusions and/or vitamin injections will be December 18, 2025. This has been such a meaningful chapter in my life, and I am truly grateful for the trust, support, and kindness you’ve shown me over the years.

Serving you has been an honor. Watching you take steps toward better health, confidence, and balance has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. Your stories, your progress, and your resilience have meant more to me than you know.

As many of you know, my life and career are evolving, and I’m choosing to pursue new avenues that allow me to be more present at home while continuing to grow professionally. While this transition is bittersweet, I’m excited for this next season and the opportunities ahead.
