This client has been with us since June and has been coming consistently and trusting us with her healing journey. Today marks her 50th hyperbaric chamber session, which made us pause and want to celebrate this milestone!

For the next couple months we are challenging ourselves to a reset that will eventually continue as a lifestyle. This challenge included things we personally have wanted to grow in and we thought we’d share it!
