When they see you move your body, choose your health, and make time for yourself, you’re teaching them that taking care of your body is part of everyday life.

Working out in front of your kids isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing them that movement is normal and strength is earned.

We love to see the kids encourage their parents while they work out, but also knowing what the parents are teaching them every time they come in.
