Happy Sag 🏹 Season beauties!
And wow after the deep cold water of Scorpio season, Sag season always feels warm and jovial 🔥

Sagittarius season runs from November 22nd- December 21st

Sagittarius is the last of the fire signs, the mutable fire that asks us to transcend and expand.

It is represented by an archer;
it belongs to the element of fire.

And it’s a season where we have to be aware of not getting stuck in the busy-ness of all the beautiful Sagittarius expansion.
“Keeping up with the joneses” vibes

This is the season where we understand our connection to the divine masculine aspect of Spirit AND there is also a temptation to fall into the lower level of the masculine which is competitive and “know it all” energy. (Us fire signs know all about this one)

In the season of expansion we can be humbled by the never ending teachings that we had previously closed ourselves off to.

We can become the eternal student again, ready to expand into consciousness.

We get inspired, we learn, our higher vision takes off.

The archer of the Sagittarius constellation that the sun is moving through is half animal, half human.

It’s the time where we understand our lower mammalian drives for survival, stability and ego.

And our higher consciousness desires for unity, ascending, learning, and growing.

We set new goals and we reach out to make it happen.(this is the best new moon 🌚 of the year for next years intentions and goal setting!)

And we can choose to expand into rest, travel, connection and play if we want.

It’s a gift 💝 to actually be able to face it and heal it…because it means that the Trauma is no longer in present time.

Sure there might still be some small t , trauma around but the big one..it means it’s in the past. Phew 😮‍💨

I know this path is not an easy one and to be honest far too many of us walk it.

You may have anger, resentment, frustration with it.

I still have those days too. That’s so normal.

But together we can go into your somatic reality and be with the pain m, you don’t have to do it alone.

And unlike typical therapy we don’t trudge it up to trauma bond back to it…we create new neural pathways to your interpretation of it all.

We bring compassion, care and nourishment to your experiences so that you can liberate parts of yourself still locked up into the fear of the what if’s.
