I believe that we have the ability to participate in creating our reality by choosing what we focus on and what we vibrationally choose to align with. I believe we still have a chance to Create a Peaceful, Healthy and Thriving World by stepping off of the path that leads to fear and instead choosing to turn toward Love. I am choosing to stand in my power and I choose to Love You and Myself. I choose Kindness and Community and coming together to Support eachother. I choose Vitality and Life, as it is truly meant to be lived. I Choose Us!! I believe We can make it happen Together.

I have not been posting much or seeing many clients since creating this page as I have been primarily focusing on my own healing and helping my young son. We experienced a lot of trauma, loss and upheaval during the last few years and we have been needing time for grieving and learning how to find our new healthy normal. I am hoping to be able to start focusing more on my business and offering services again soon.
